Welcome to xG Predictor ("xG Predictor", "we", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing or using our website, app, or any related services (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

xG Predictor is a free-to-play football prediction game where users compete for points, leaderboards, and prizes.

You must be 13 years or older to create an account or play xG Predictor. By signing up, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate, current, and complete.

Users may access the Platform from any location globally. However, eligibility to win any cash prize (including the Jackpot defined in Clause 5) is restricted to individuals who are:

• Aged 18 years or older at the time of entry and at the time of prize verification;
• Verified residents of the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland; and
• Not otherwise excluded under Clause 7 (Fair Play) or Clause 5 (Jackpot Prizes).

Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of xG Predictor, AceGoals, and their respective affiliates, agents, sponsors, prize indemnity insurers, brokers, data providers (including Sportmonks), and the immediate family members and household members of any such person, are not eligible to win the Jackpot or any other cash prize.

Users must create an account to make predictions and access full game features. Each person may register one account only. Duplicate, multiple, or fraudulent accounts may lead to disqualification, account suspension, and forfeiture of any prize entitlement.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

A full explanation of gameplay is available in the "Rules" section of the Platform. By playing, you agree to those rules. Key points:

• You must submit your predictions before the round deadline. Late entries are not accepted.
• Once a round locks, predictions cannot be changed.
• Points are awarded based on the scoring system outlined on the Platform.
• Leaderboards update after each match, and points accumulate throughout each competition.

xG Predictor reserves the right to amend scoring rules, formats, or competitions at any time to ensure fairness or improve gameplay, provided that such amendments do not retroactively affect the eligibility of any prize already awarded.

5.1 The Jackpot

For the duration of the FIFA World Cup 2026, xG Predictor will offer a Jackpot prize of £100,000 (the "Jackpot") for the designated match or matches as announced on the Platform. Outside of this period, Jackpot amounts will be those expressly stated on the Platform for each round. Where no Jackpot amount is stated, no Jackpot is offered for that round.

5.2 Winning Criteria

To win the Jackpot, a user must correctly predict, before the round deadline:

• The exact full-time score of the designated match (after 90 minutes plus any time added by the referee, but excluding extra time and penalty shootouts); and
• The exact total match Expected Goals (xG) figure for the match, rounded to two decimal places, as defined in Clause 5.3.

5.3 xG Data and Settlement

The official xG figure for the purposes of settling the Jackpot shall be:

• Sourced exclusively from Sportmonks, a fully independent third-party data provider;
• Taken from the Sportmonks data feed exactly five (5) minutes after the full-time whistle of the relevant match;
• The sum of the home team xG and away team xG as reported by Sportmonks at that point in time; and
• Rounded to two decimal places using standard rounding (i.e. 0.005 rounds up to 0.01).

This figure is final and binding for the purposes of determining the Jackpot outcome. Any subsequent revision, restatement, correction, or adjustment of the xG figure by Sportmonks, by xG Predictor, or by any third party shall not affect the outcome of the round or any prize already awarded or declared not won.

In the event that the Sportmonks feed is unavailable, delayed, or does not return a valid xG figure for the relevant match within a reasonable time after the full-time whistle, xG Predictor may, at its sole discretion, declare the round void in accordance with Clause 5.7.

5.4 Eligibility for the Jackpot

Jackpot prizes are restricted to entrants who meet all eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2. Winners must, in addition, complete identity, age, and residency verification in accordance with Clause 5.5.

5.5 Verification

Before paying any Jackpot prize, xG Predictor (or its prize indemnity insurer) will require the winner to provide:

• Government-issued photographic ID confirming identity and date of birth (e.g. passport or driving licence);
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months confirming residency in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland (e.g. utility bill, bank statement, or council tax bill); and
• Any further information reasonably required to confirm eligibility and to comply with anti-fraud, anti-money-laundering, or insurer requirements.

Winners must submit all requested documentation within twenty-eight (28) days of being notified of their winning entry. Failure to do so, or failure to pass verification, will result in forfeiture of the prize, and the Jackpot for that round shall be treated as not won.

5.6 Multiple Winners

If more than one user submits a prediction matching the winning criteria in Clauses 5.2 and 5.3, the Jackpot for that round shall be divided equally between all verified winners. For the avoidance of doubt, the total Jackpot pool payable in respect of any single round shall not exceed the stated Jackpot amount for that round (£100,000 in the case of a World Cup 2026 Jackpot round), regardless of the number of winning entries.

5.7 Void Rounds and Match Disruption

xG Predictor reserves the right to declare a round void, in which case no Jackpot shall be payable for that round, in any of the following circumstances:

• The match is abandoned, postponed, suspended, or otherwise does not reach full time as originally scheduled;
• The match is rescheduled to a different date or kick-off time after the round deadline;
• There is a material error, malfunction, or failure in the Platform, the data feed, the scoring system, or any third-party system used to operate the round (including the Sportmonks feed);
• There is reasonable evidence of fraud, collusion, manipulation, or use of automated tools affecting the round;
• The xG data is not available from Sportmonks at the settlement point set out in Clause 5.3; or
• Any other circumstance arises which, in the reasonable opinion of xG Predictor or its prize indemnity insurer, would make payment of the prize manifestly unfair, commercially unreasonable, or contrary to the basis on which the prize was offered.

Where a round is declared void, any predictions submitted for that round will not be counted, and no prize will be payable in respect of that round.

5.8 No Roll-Over

If no user matches the winning criteria, the Jackpot is not won. Jackpots do not roll over to subsequent rounds unless expressly stated on the Platform.

5.9 Obvious Error

Where an obvious error has occurred in the publication of round details, the calculation of results, the recording of predictions, or the determination of winners (including but not limited to typographical errors, incorrect odds, or system glitches), xG Predictor reserves the right to correct the error and re-determine the outcome of the round, or to void the round in accordance with Clause 5.7.

All users automatically appear on the Global Leaderboard. Users may join or create Mini Leagues to compete privately. League admins may set their own informal rules or forfeits, but xG Predictor is not responsible for disputes arising from these.

Any attempt to manipulate leaderboards or artificially influence results will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any prize entitlement.

Users must not exploit bugs, loopholes, errors, or use automated tools ("bots") to submit predictions. Any fraudulent behaviour including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, collusion between users, sharing accounts, or attempting to manipulate the system may result in disqualification, account termination, and forfeiture of any prize.

We reserve the right to audit gameplay, investigate suspicious activity, and to withhold payment of any prize pending the outcome of such investigation.

xG Predictor may display advertisements or promotional offers, including bookmaker offers or personalised bet suggestions. Any external promotions may carry additional terms set by the advertiser.

xG Predictor is not responsible for third-party offers, websites, or services accessed via links on the Platform.

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and use your information. We will never sell your personal data to third parties. Information provided for the purposes of prize verification may be shared with our prize indemnity insurer and broker solely for the purposes of verifying entitlement to a prize.

All content on the Platform including branding, features, graphics, data models, and game design is owned by xG Predictor or licensed to us. Users may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or modify any content without written permission.

xG Predictor is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, the accuracy of third-party data (including xG models or match statistics supplied by Sportmonks or any other provider), or that predictions and outcomes will be processed on time in the event of system or data delays.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, xG Predictor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, losses arising from reliance on the Platform, or issues caused by internet outages, data providers, or third-party systems.

xG Predictor is a free-to-play product. It is not gambling. However, when interacting with bookmaker offers or betting content, users should gamble responsibly and only with licensed operators. Resources for responsible gambling are available at BeGambleAware.org.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or any applicable laws. You may request account closure at any time by contacting support.

We may update these Terms periodically. If significant changes are made, we will notify users via email or in-app messages. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For the avoidance of doubt, changes to these Terms will not retroactively affect the eligibility of any prize already awarded prior to the change.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
